The right candidate will be an automotive sales professional with automotive internet sales experience. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will also be responsible to successfully follow-up and monitor all internet leads, phone calls, consulting the guest with their appointment, and un-sold follow-up. This position is also responsible for collaborating with sales management, maximizing advertising expense, and interacting with sales department personnel in order to achieve maximum guest visits, follow-up and handling of incoming calls.

PART-TIME Office Coordinator / Receptionist (Evenings and Saturday hours during summer time) to provide guest service as the first point of contact. The candidate will operate the phones, meet and greet guests, and perform a variety of administrative duties. Looking for a professional, assertive, and hardworking candidate who has experience working in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: - First point of contact for our guests
- Answer multiple phones, route calls, and take messages
- Greet guests and maintain a professional environment
- Assist with a variety of administrative projects
- Update electronic and hard-copy filing system
- Data entry of guest information into database
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude
Qualifications: - Good communication skills required both written and verbal
- Must have previous experience as coordinator, assistant, etc.
- Excellent PC skills including but not limited to MS Word and Excel
- Must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills a must
